A family-run home for people who make things by hand.
Who we are
We are a family of four: an Irish man, a Mexican woman, our baby and a dog. We live in Phoenix, Arizona, and we recently became obsessed with this hobby after we received handmade clothes for our baby from one of my wife's Tías. As we learn more and more about this fantastic world, we're documenting our journey and sharing it with you as best we can.
What you'll find
- The right wheel or loom. Side-by-side guides that start from what you want to make.
- First projects. Step-by-step guides that take you to a finished skein or scarf, following the makers' own instructions.
- Good company. Fiber events this month, some free or online, teachers and makers to follow, and guilds near you.
- Your own work. Send us a project and we'll share it with credit to you, with your permission and on your terms.
